My Approach
I am a ‘Brief, Solution Focused’ therapist. Together, we identify the problem or problems you are experiencing and causes of these problems. I work with you to identify specific goals you want for yourself in therapy.
Once we’ve identified goals, I begin working with you to achieve these goals. Sometimes, as you develop plans moving you toward your goals, other concerns come up, and when this happens, I help you manage these concerns and continue to reach your goals.
I use hypnosis, helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, smoking cessation, past traumas continuing to impact life.
Hypnosis is not mind control’, nor does hypnosis make you forget your past. It is a strategy that can help you to reach your goals when other forms of therapy have not been successful for you. I help you identify problems, and talk about what you want for yourself.
